Blazy Boy and Merci are absolutely inseparable. They sleep together, eat together, and look for trouble together.
But more than that, Blazy relies on Mercy. You see, he appears to have something of a processing issue. He's a real chill guy. He is content to just blink dazedly around when he's settled and content. On the flip side, he does not register his environment as quickly or as effectively as Mercy, and gets his cues from his brother on how to react. We actually thought he was deaf at first because he just didn't react to loud noises or things going on. Heck, he didn't even register that an 80 lb German Shepherd rolled right over him. Blazy has little-to-no sense of environmental awareness, and needs to be in a family who understands he has trouble learning and will be patient with this loving boy. He is completely un-phased by all methods of teaching it seems, so whoever adopts him will need to be persistent and creative. As an example, he straight up stuck his head in a cat's food bowl, and she put on quite a hissy fit show and chomped him on the ear. He didn't even notice (He was immediately separated and the cat's food was moved to another room, but this is just an example). While Blazy is a sweet love-bug in every way, and a great cuddler to boot, just like his gentleman brother Mercy, he may simply not be able to learn that doors are dangerous, that fridges are easy to get stuck in, or that he can be run over by a person or a thing.
Together, they need a safe, quiet home, without anyone who will leave the door open. For this reason we do not recommend a home with children. He needs a quiet home where either someone can keep an eye on him, or everyday life is mostly quiet and predictable.
Mercy on the other hand is a very witty boy, and loves to hang around, wrestle, and groom his brother. He relies on Blazy to keep him company - he has a good deal of energy and loves to toy with "stuff" around the house too, batting it at his brother for games of garbage-soccer and dustbunny hoarding. He's a really funny little kitten and just loves to be held. Ever since he was tiny he does this thing where he rolls all over people. Your hand, your foot, he's like an otter and just rolls his whole body on whatever part of you he can find. He is a proper little gentlekitten who pulls his socks up evenly, straightens his Jabot every morning and is overall incredibly warm and affectionate, just like his brother. You will be otterly charmed by this fellow, guaranteed. He really likes feet. I should also mention that while Mercy is a near perfect proper lad, he has one single frustrating habit which is sleeping in plants. He doesn't eat them, but he sure likes sitting on and in them, so you may wish to keep your plants in a spot he can't reach. Thankfully it's just passive destruction, and he doesn't go digging them up or eating them.
Both kittens are litter box trained and still learning how to shed their claws on the kitty tree. In the mornings we scratch the post with them and that's typically how we have taught them). They are also kept in a play cage overnight so if they need to be contained for their safety over a short period of time they can do this without issue and are used to napping in it throughout the day as well, much like a dog and their casual-crate. I highly recommend this sort of setup for day trips or when people are coming in and out of the house or when doors are left open for any reason, say for example in the summertime when guests are around and there is lots of activity where it's difficult to watch a kitten who may be somewhere on the spectrum.
If you're a chill person with a sense of humor, and need a couple characters in your life to laugh about and get sweet cuddles from, Mercy and Blazy are your boys.

Blazy Boy and Merci are absolutely inseparable. They sleep together, eat together, and look for trouble together.
But more than that, Blazy relies on Mercy. You see, he appears to have something of a processing issue. He's a real chill guy. He is content to just blink dazedly around when he's settled and content. On the flip side, he does not register his environment as quickly or as effectively as Mercy, and gets his cues from his brother on how to react. We actually thought he was deaf at first because he just didn't react to loud noises or things going on. Heck, he didn't even register that an 80 lb German Shepherd rolled right over him. Blazy has little-to-no sense of environmental awareness, and needs to be in a family who understands he has trouble learning and will be patient with this loving boy. He is completely un-phased by all methods of teaching it seems, so whoever adopts him will need to be persistent and creative. As an example, he straight up stuck his head in a cat's food bowl, and she put on quite a hissy fit show and chomped him on the ear. He didn't even notice (He was immediately separated and the cat's food was moved to another room, but this is just an example). While Blazy is a sweet love-bug in every way, and a great cuddler to boot, just like his gentleman brother Mercy, he may simply not be able to learn that doors are dangerous, that fridges are easy to get stuck in, or that he can be run over by a person or a thing.
Together, they need a safe, quiet home, without anyone who will leave the door open. For this reason we do not recommend a home with children. He needs a quiet home where either someone can keep an eye on him, or everyday life is mostly quiet and predictable.
Mercy on the other hand is a very witty boy, and loves to hang around, wrestle, and groom his brother. He relies on Blazy to keep him company - he has a good deal of energy and loves to toy with "stuff" around the house too, batting it at his brother for games of garbage-soccer and dustbunny hoarding. He's a really funny little kitten and just loves to be held. Ever since he was tiny he does this thing where he rolls all over people. Your hand, your foot, he's like an otter and just rolls his whole body on whatever part of you he can find. He is a proper little gentlekitten who pulls his socks up evenly, straightens his Jabot every morning and is overall incredibly warm and affectionate, just like his brother. You will be otterly charmed by this fellow, guaranteed. He really likes feet. I should also mention that while Mercy is a near perfect proper lad, he has one single frustrating habit which is sleeping in plants. He doesn't eat them, but he sure likes sitting on and in them, so you may wish to keep your plants in a spot he can't reach. Thankfully it's just passive destruction, and he doesn't go digging them up or eating them.
Both kittens are litter box trained and still learning how to shed their claws on the kitty tree. In the mornings we scratch the post with them and that's typically how we have taught them). They are also kept in a play cage overnight so if they need to be contained for their safety over a short period of time they can do this without issue and are used to napping in it throughout the day as well, much like a dog and their casual-crate. I highly recommend this sort of setup for day trips or when people are coming in and out of the house or when doors are left open for any reason, say for example in the summertime when guests are around and there is lots of activity where it's difficult to watch a kitten who may be somewhere on the spectrum.

These sweet boys have had a rough beginning to their lives by being thrown from a moving car when they were two months old. Both Tom and Jerry's tails were broken off during the fall so now Jerry has a stubby tail while Tom, who fared better, just lost the tip of his.
These sweet boys survived on their own for a while with internal and external injuries until they were rescued by a wonderful couple. Now they need a new home due to changed life circumstances from their family.
Tom is a polydactyl and has extra toes on his front and back feet. Jerry is a tiny 8 pound boy while Tom is 13 pounds. Tom has always been Jerry's protector.
These wonderful kittens are good with other cats, small respectful dogs and mindful children.
